A truly effective intercultural team or community needs constant nursing and nurturing in order to keep it fresh, dynamic, oriented towards its commonly owned goal, and performing.

In addressing all this, Dunya is continuously developing and applying new approaches and methods, and using a constantly growing array of innovative tools.

Our inspiration we get from the world, of course. Not without reason is our brand name Dunya (meaning the world).

Just as our models and theories are truly culturally diverse, so our training tools and classroom materials are taken from nearly every culture of the globe, and hence adapted to serve educational purposes or match the diverse business requirements of our clients.With every assignment, part of our toolbox is redeveloped, thus remaining constantly at par with the changing realities of the quickly evolving global business culture.
