DUNYA PROPOSES HRCA

As a company facilitating intercultural exchanges and intercultural collaboration at the global workplace, both Dunya and India Business Support are consistently being confronted with clients and organisations having questions on the ethics of globalism and the difficult balance between holding an affirmative CSR policy and global growth.

For all these reasons, Dunya is happy to share a splendid Human Rights Compliance Assessment tool with its clients. The tool was developed by the Danish Institute of Human Rights in Copenhagen, together with the Human Rights and Business Project.

The HRCA ia a comprehensive tool designed to detect human rights risks in businesses. It covers all internationally recognized human rights and measures their impacts on all stakeholders of any organisation.

The HRCA can be used in a number of different forms depending on the company profile and needs of the user: a full HRCA database (available for subscribers), a quick HRCA check (free), a Dalit Discrimination Check, a South africa Check, or a China Business and Social sustainability Check.

In fact, our whole approach to (intercultural) people management, leadership, and human resources issues is based on a philosophy in which we are looking for value and added value in every individual, and the conviction that an individual can and will be offering added value to the group on the condition that she is granted the human right to be herself and to stand for her own cultural values and human dignity.

Enough reasons, in brief, to promote the HRCA tool, which you can access here.
