The Dunya group consists of several subsidiary entities, each with its own particular focus:
Bayt al-Andalus is an intercultural knowledge centre and seminar house. It is a historical late 19th century house in the centre of Antwerp (Belgium), built in Almohad Morocco-Andalusian style. It serves as the headquarters of Dunya, Beyond Borders and India Business Support. Apart from a series of orientalist rooms and a peaceful patio garden, it contains meeting rooms (for rent) and an elegant reference library of a 20,000 odd titles on Asian Studies and Intercultural Management.
Beyond Borders (bvba Francis Laleman) is a business training and coaching group, founded by Francis Laleman, with Michaela Broeckx. It has a strong reputation in the development and delivery of technical trainings and application trainings, and contains a special business unit devoted to management coaching and train-the-trainer. Clients come from different industrial sectors, from heavy industries to telecom and ICT, and even the Belgian arts and culture management scene.
India Busines Support is an India sourcing-outsourcing-offshoring agent and business consultancy, founded in 2004 by Bert Verdonck and Francis Laleman. It offers uncomparable India expertise to a global set of clients.
Maror nv is a consultancy bureau for corporate social responsibility programs. Apart from helping its clients to set up and maintain a consolidated CSR policy and strategy, it develops and delivers CSR and leadership programs for managers in a wide range of industrial sectors.
