It is a historical late 19th century house in the centre of Antwerp (Belgium), built in Almohad Morocco-Andalusian style. It serves as the headquarters of Dunya, Beyond Borders and India Business Support. Apart from a series of orientalist rooms and a peaceful patio garden, it contains meeting rooms (for rent) and an elegant reference library of a 20,000 odd titles on Asian Studies and Intercultural Management.

It has a strong reputation in the development and delivery of technical trainings and application trainings, and contains a special business unit devoted to management coaching and train-the-trainer. Clients come from different industrial sectors, from heavy industries to telecom and ICT, and even the Belgian arts and culture management scene.
